Olive Powder - Olive Canelloni

Mix the Olive Powder, flour and salt in a bowl. Add the eggs and olive oil and mix together with a fork. Knead the mass for 5 minutes and leave to stand for a further 5 minutes. Spread the dough mass and cut into 10 by 7.5 cm slices. Cover the slices and leave for one hour. Boil the slices in slightly salted water for 1 minute.
